No refunds will be provided once services are activated. JaiDigitalAds.in reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices. 5. Data Ownership You retain ownership of your business data. JaiDigitalAds.in only processes and stores data as required for service delivery. 6. Service Availability We strive for 99% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and external factors (WhatsApp downtime, internet issues) may cause interruptions. 7. Limitation of Liability JaiDigitalAds.in is not responsible for losses due to downtime, message delivery failures, or misuse by the client. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the last 1 month of service. 8. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts found violating policies.
